Is our DJ a Master of Ceremonies, too?

Yes! At Infinity Play Entertainment, our goal is to be more than “just a DJ” or more than just the music. We’re working behind the scenes with your other vendors, making sure they’re ready for the big events throughout the night - coordinating with the caterer to ensure they’re ready for the cake cutting and that we are ready to announce the cake cutting, for example.

Here at IPE, we are what is known as a Master of Ceremonies or MC, too. We’re here to act as a professional “spokesperson” for the night, making sure important events are announced as they happen. This is part of the reason why we conduct a pre-wedding or pre-event consultation - we want to ensure names are pronounced correctly and the timeline is understood. We make sure anyone doing toasts or speeches are ready to speak in front of everyone - ensuring they have a microphone and cheering them on.
